5C’s Programme

• Move Forward •
with the 5C’s change & transformation programme –
for individuals or groups, in English and French

Embark on a journey of exploration, experimentation, reflection, creative expression, action and change, to move forward towards the fulfilment of your goal; and by the way, have some fun while doing it!

For Individuals

In practice, a coaching programme for individuals, consisting of:

  • 10 personal coaching sessions of one hour on-line (Zoom or Skype),
  • Exercises, worksheets, questions and more addressing each of the 5 dimensions, tailored to your objective and where you are in your journey,
  • Email support between sessions, if needed.

The programme can be completed over a period of 10 weeks (one session per week), up to 10 months (one session a month), or anywhere in between.

The 5C’s

Clarity
Explore and view from different perspectives the multiple facets – in time and space – of you, your goal, your environment. Gain awareness and broader vision.

Coherence
Align and balance the changes you wish to implement with all aspects of your work and life. Check for fit and harmony.

Choice
Expand and explore the options and choices available to you, including seeing into your blind spots and playing with beliefs that may have restricted your possibilities until now.

Connection
Recognise and mobilise resources that can support and fuel your momentum. Build connections to relationships, ideas, and experiences that increase your dynamics.

Change
Experiment and implement the commitment and actions that will vehicle you forward. Make small doable changes to pursue your path to where you want to go.

For Groups

Group workshop(s) of 1 to 3 days (consecutive or separate), consisting of:

  • Group facilitation and coaching,
  • Exercises, debriefs, questions, theories, group discussions and more, addressing each of the 5 dimensions, tailored to your objective and where you are in the journey,
  • Pre- and post-workshop support, as required.
